The INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Faraj Edher is a Canadian board-certified Prosthodontist and one of the most recognized voices in modern esthetic dentistry. Over the past decade, he has successfully completed thousands of porcelain veneers, with patients traveling from across North America and beyond to seek his care.

In addition to his specialty practice at Transcend Specialized Dentistry in Vancouver, Dr. Edher is the founder and director of the BC Dental Study Club — Canada’s largest dental education community — and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of British Columbia.

A sought-after speaker and published author, Dr. Edher has presented at major dental conferences including the American College of Prosthodontists Annual Session, Dentsply Sirona World in Las Vegas, and the Greater New York Dental Meeting, with his research published in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry and Dentistry Today.

With a focus on esthetic dentistry, digital workflows, and advanced restorative techniques, Dr. Edher brings practical, evidence-based training to every workshop — equipping dentists with the knowledge and confidence to deliver predictable, esthetic results.

In addition to practicing full-time in Vancouver, Dr. Edher is an active educator. He is the Founder of Canada’s largest study club, the BC Dental Study Club, and a Clinical Assistant Professor and guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia.

  • 1:45 – 2:15: Mock up techniques (direct & indirect)
  • 2:15 – 3:15: Hands-on* exercise: Indirect and direct mock up

  • 4:30 – 5:00: Wrap-up / Q&A

  • 10:30 – 11:30: Veneer temporization techniques and best practices

  • 1:00 – 1:45: Material selection and properties
  • 1:45 – 2:30: Veneer try-in and bonding protocols
  • 2:30 – 3:30: Hands-on* exercise: Veneer insertion and bonding protocols

  • 4:00 – 5:00: Overflow, wrap-up and Q&A
