Thank you for choosing BC Dental Study Club.
We understand that plans can change, and this policy explains how cancellations, substitutions, and refunds are handled for all our workshops, webinars, memberships, and programs, including the Implant Training Program.
This policy is a summary of our cancellation terms and is incorporated by reference into our Program Terms & Conditions. In case of any inconsistency, the Terms & Conditions govern.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@bcdentalstudyclub.ca.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, via cheque, wire transfer, or e-transfer, within 30 days of approval.
You may substitute another qualified participant up to 3 days before the event at no additional charge.
Any substituted participant must meet the eligibility criteria for that event (for example, valid BC licensure for live-patient modules).
A one-time transfer to the same course within 12 months may be allowed at no cost if requested at least 14 days before the original date and subject to availability. Transfer requests received within 14 days of the event are treated as cancellations.
If BCDSC cancels the Implant Training Program, participants will receive a full refund of all amounts paid (registration + installments).
Refunds are issued within 30 days and to the same payment method used.
If we must cancel or materially reschedule an event or Program, your sole remedy is a full refund of fees paid for that specific event.
We are not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred by participants.
Failure to attend an event or webinar without prior written notice will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
BCDSC is not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control—including public-health orders, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, supply shortages (e.g., models or pig jaws), instructor illness, or venue closures—that make it impossible or unsafe to proceed as scheduled.
In such cases, we may reschedule or offer credit or refund options at our discretion.

Include your name, event title, date, and reason for the request.
All refund approvals are confirmed in writing.
Premium Memberships renew automatically every 12 months. The applicable membership fee will be charged to the credit card on file at the time of renewal.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@bcdentalstudyclub.ca.
To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled renewal date.
Cancellation requests submitted within 7 days following the initial subscription or renewal date may be eligible for a refund of the membership fee, less any applicable processing or administrative fees charged to BCDSC by payment processors or third-party platforms.
Cancellation requests received more than 7 days after the initial subscription renewal date will not be eligible for a refund. The membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.
