Sponsors use this information to communicate with attendees about their products or services and to evaluate event participation.
We do not sell attendee lists, and we require sponsors to use the information only for legitimate business or educational purposes related to the event and to provide an opt-out in their communications.

We use contractual and organizational measures designed to protect your information when it is processed outside Canada.
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting records, CE documentation). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in a reasonable timeframe.
