The INSTRUCTOR

Dr. Faraj Edher is a specialist in Prosthodontics and the founder of Transcend Specialized Dentistry, a multi-specialty clinic in Downtown Vancouver.


He received his dental degree from the University of Sharjah College of Dental Medicine and then continued his Masters in Craniofacial Science and post-graduate specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of British Columbia.


In addition to practicing full-time in Vancouver, Dr. Edher is an active educator. He is the Founder of Canada’s largest study club, the BC Dental Study Club, and a Clinical Assistant Professor and guest lecturer at the University of British Columbia.

    • Hands-on exercise: Taking final digital impression using an intra-oral scanner

    • Advanced techniques in diagnosis and treatment planning
    • Case selection criteria and communication strategies
  • 10:20 – 11:30: Smile Design and Lab Planning
