Cancellation Policy

Refundable registration fee:

The $2,500 registration fee is fully refundable if cancellation occurs 60 days or more before the program starts (February 4, 2025).

50% of the registration fee is refundable if cancellation occurs 30-59 days before the program starts.

The registration fee is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the program starts.

Cancellation during the program (after February 4, 2025):

If a participant misses a module due to a documented medical reason or family emergency, they may be able to attend the missed module in a future cohort, subject to availability and approval by the program director on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be issued for the missed module, and the participant will still be responsible for the monthly installment.

If a participant is unable to continue the program due to a documented medical reason or family emergency, they may be eligible for a partial refund of any future unpaid installments, prorated based on the number of modules remaining. This will be subject to review and approval by the program director on a case-by-case basis.

Program cancellation by BCDSC:

In the unlikely event that the BCDSC needs to cancel the program, participants will receive a full refund of any fees paid, including the registration fee and any paid instalments.

Please note that all refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation request and will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Participants are expected to attend all modules as scheduled. Rescheduling modules due to scheduling conflicts will not be permitted to ensure the cohesiveness and continuity of the program for all participants.
